"Extremely clean, very friendly, being in IHG member I was able to get a 2:00 p.m. late checkout which was sweet and much needed. In room Keurig coffee maker. I chatted with the housekeeper for a minute who is very kind. I actually forgot something in the room and the manager called me to tell me which . I think other places I stayed at the housekeeper would have just thrown it in the rubbish. I highly recommend this place!"

"This hotel is great for people who hate sleeping. Make sure you bring your sleep mask because there's a strobe light above the bed that flashes every 5 seconds, lighting up the whole room. The walls and windows are wafer thin; Every step you take makes you feel like you're 2,000lbs, shaking the entire room. We can hear our neighbors speaking quietly, which prompted us to whisper in our room as to not let them hear us too. The beds are hard, but what's worse is that ours is splattered with blood stains. The mini-fridge in our room doesn't work. Shower is dirty, sporting pubic hair on the various ledges which eventually flowed onto the bathroom floor because it leaks like crazy. Your feet will stick to the floor in your room so bring slippers. The breakfast was some of the worst food we've ever seen at an IHG-branded hotel. Breakfast attendant was openly mocking customers during service."

"I recently stayed here with some friends as we were visiting Boston/Salem for the October festivities! The hotel is well maintained, in a great area - located right by the train, and is safe and quiet. My only "complaint" really was that they serve complimentary breakfast from 6:30-9:30am (which is very good btw) during the week but there were a couple days during our stay where the kitchen would be closed well before 9:30. Maybe extend the hours until 10? Other than that, we had excellent service and a wonderful stay! I highly recommend this hotel if you want something a little off the beaten path, but still close to the hustle and bustle of the city."

"Great experience from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Rodrigo at the front desk was great, it was my first time in Boston and there were a few places I wanted to check out, Rodrigo took the time to explain which stops I needed to get off at for each place. The location was good easy to get into Boston on the train (which is less than a 5 min walk from the hotel,). The room was great very spacious for our party of 4. Would recommend if you're planning a trip to Boston."

"Stayed here for two nights for a wedding nearby. Very pleeased with the quality of the room, especially with the bathroom which had an awesome shower and good Dove amenities (soap bar, liquid shower soap, shampoo and conditioner.) The free breakfast buffet was nice and the staff was very friendly. All for a reasonable price."
