"The apartments here are pretty small. Ours was about 610 square feet. It included one bedroom, one bathroom and a balcony. $1600 with one parking space included ($50 for an extra parking space). Heath and hot water included. Unit comes with everything a standard apartment should have: dishwasher, stove, fridge, air conditioner. Two washers and dryers are in the basement, which isn't really enough for 36 apartments. It also costs about $4 per load for wash/dry. Large trash in the back. Micozzi was pretty responsive to concerns that we had. Whenever there was a maintenance issue, they were fast to respond. When there was an issue with our neighbor, they had a conversation. I really enjoyed them as a management company. Location was great - cut through to Anytime Fitness and 99 Ranch (formerly Big Y). Also, right on Hancock Street. Overall, I enjoyed this apartment. It's pretty expensive, so so goes Boston-area apartments in general."
