My old apartment complex, took 5 whole weeks to replace a circuit breaker. Inwood West maintenance team is above and beyond and the leasing office team is very friendly and great to work with as well. Thank you!"

"We moved in on Nov 18th, the process was very smooth and quick ! Chris is a great representative for Inwood West and has helped us a lot during the process. The buildings are very nice and insulated very well, and there is no noise issues we have had ! This place is comfortable and quiet and we have not had an issues with our neighbors etc…… Our unit is pretty close to the highway and we don’t ever hear the cars from the inside ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Utilities for now are not that expensive if you use them wisely ! Perfect environment for a couple or single family !"

"living here, was absolutely horrible. Over four years and two apartments later, we had nothing but issues with exorbitant rental increases both during Covid, and in the aftermath. in addition to a horrible service team for the first 3 1/2 years. my husband has already left a review, so I will not expand much more off of that but what I can say is for anybody who is looking for an apartment building or complex That is going to stand behind you make sure you have everything you need and ensure that there is quality customer service UDR and Inwood west is not the place. Upon moving out, we were charged outrageous fees, and as 80% of the other reviews They find as many reasons as they can. We firmly believe that this is because they count on keeping your deposit and use it for their budget. When we moved out, we hired a maid to clean the entire apartment and we were charged $165 cleaning fee. We were also charged for grout in the bathroom and a loose tile which we had nothing to do with And we didn't even know about them. The woman Zora Is just as bad. She is not an empathetic person at all and she cannot in any way, shape or form try to identify with the tenants situation. She has a quota to meet and a budget to stick by. So please families beware, especially families with children. During the summer, the clubhouse gets broken into constantly all year around the trash compactor break, and during the weekend there is trash surrounding each and every compactor. The presence of rats is everywhere. The complex spend more money on landscaping and outward appearance than they do on fixing the dog parks or the elevators. When you go there, make sure to take a very good look. Don't look at one of their model apartments. Look at one they just turned over and look closely. Look inside the closets, look at the shelves look at the cabinets, the garbage disposals the bathroom floors and tile. Numerous people I've had water leaks in the apartments. Below them have been destroyed completely. When we moved out there were four people at the same exact time moving out. Complete nightmare, and as with every other, they will comment on this review, apologizing for our experience and leaving an email, without ever finding a solution to the problem. And that is why in west, and UDR will continue to be one of the worst places to reside in Massachusetts."

"Poor office management and no humanity, just a couple examples would be the one month in my 24 months living there, the app was down and I submitted my rent 1 day late and was charged $75 for being "late" I reached out and was basically told to pound sand. One of the main doors to our building has been broken for nearing 6 months and they still have not fixed it. Most recently I moved out and they are trying to keep our security deposit to replace a carpet that was already in good condition, they have not responded to me in weeks at this point. Additionally they will raise your rent every year, sometimes $200+ more per month. I'd recommend not renting here. My unit was nice is my only positive remark."

"My husband & I moved here a couple yrs ago from Pa. And we needed something quick. Inwood got us right in. The move in was super easy. They may have had issues in the past with management and maintenance. But who they have now are great. The maintenance is super quick to respond to any issue you may have and is really nice. Are these luxurious apts? No. But they're not bad and served us its purpose. Most of the neighbors keeps to themselves (which I preferred). Some ppl who move in don't realize how much you can hear. And stomp when they walk. But if you let management know, they address it pretty quickly. Thanks for giving us a place to live when we only had 2 weeks to find a place."
