"APARTMENTS INFESTED WITH MICE. Don’t move here. Apartments are not updated, have mold, leaks, hallways are filled with holes, missing chunks of wallpaper. Hallways smell like smoke, strong food smells and pets. Have only had 1 elevator since June, sometimes no elevator. Apartments need renovations, need working fans for bathrooms, and updating. Washers smell like mold also."
"Far overpriced after seeing the condition of some of the other buildings than the one I originally was visiting. Hopefully they update their air conditioning systems and a few other things. Not only in the first couple of nicer buildings. All in all I couldn't complain if I lived there as they're quite pet friendly. Some elevators are needing repairs badly. It's really a nice area though"
"The staff is very friendly and prompt to answer questions and meet your needs . The buildings are well maintained daily . There are many units here but it seems like a small community because of the professional courteous Kimball Court staff . They do their jobs like it matters. I enjoy this compared to newer apartments where the amenities are advertised with the latest upgrades but you move in and you find out the person who served you on move in quit . The people are committed here and do their best . It makes living here a better place even if issues arise . They are taken care of and you feel supported. People matter . "I've lived in Kimball CT for almost 2 years and everything is great: nice and responsive staff members, clean common area, on-time weekly trash disposal, and well-maintained facilities. Rent is a little high considering the distance from Boston city, but the community itself is close to i95, which is a plus point."
