"I have been living at Emery Flats for about 2 weeks now and so far everything has been absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is beautiful and I instantly fell in love with it when I first toured it. It was the first and last apartment that I toured, that’s how much I loved it!! The amenities are great and I look forward to using all of them very soon. The management staff is wonderful and so helpful. Most importantly, the leasing consultant Jaimi Rich has been helpful since day one and has made the whole moving process extremely easy. I am so so happy that I chose Emery Flats as my first apartment!! I highly recommend!"

"Look no further! Emery Flats has wonderful office and maintenance staff who truly care about their residents. The monthly resident events are so well thought of and entertaining. My family and I love it here! When we toured with Jaimi, we got to see all of the beautiful amenities that Emery has to offer. Our apartment is beautiful and we thought that the price for brand new construction was very reasonable. The location is extremely convenient for commuters as well. Even though the location is conveniently close to the highway, you don’t hear a ton of noise. The hallways and our apartment are very quiet, which we love! There are a lot of shopping plazas close by, along with some really good restaurants. It’s a great area to entertain guests when they come to visit! We highly recommend Emery Flats to anyone who is considering moving to the area!"

"Our family of three loves Emery Flats! We moved to the greater Boston area from our house in Seattle so it was a huge transition to live in an apartment complex for us. Emery flats gives you everything you need for a comfortable living (especially during Covid restrictions!). There is a great gym and yoga room onsite, heated pool, several work from home offices (so now we can pretend like we go to work at least:)) and even pet spa. Everything is new, modern and sparkling clean. The apartment is spacious, full of light, has huge windows and amazing sunset views. The management team/leasing office (Jaimi is the best!) are very responsive, accommodating and benevolent. Location is very convenient - lots of shops and restaurants nearby, easy access to several highways, Woburn transportation center is couple of min away and it takes no more than 17 min to reach downtown Boston by driving."
