Courtyard by Marriott Boston Woburn/Boston North

"If I could leave a zero I would. First off, good luck actually speaking with anyone. The gal at the front Desk, Bre, explained to me that her job is only to check people in and out and not to answer basic questions like , “what rate are your rooms at?” - they transfer you to another line that is all automatic and if your not a “Marriott member or have an ID” the call got dropped every time. Called back just to ask those basic questions and that was literally the response from her. I’ll take my business elsewhere. As anyone else looking for a place to stay in Boston. Horrible customer service. Horrible. When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, who wasn’t in, when I asked for a name they hung up on me."

"Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Room was spacious, nice configuration/ layout (sink separate from bath) wih a comfy couch and huge TV with great picture. It was slightly dated but, in like new condition. My room was on the hwy side so there was slight road noise, but I found that relaxing). I was disappointed with A/c system where thw fan would only stay "on" in the high setting, but overall a great stay. Location is a good bit off road in an industrial park, but its a dead end and felt safe and quiet."

"Upgraded to a king suite...unexpected and lovely. Although I prefer a firm mattress, I have to admit...the bedding was EXTREMELY comfortable. Room clean except for an "iffy" soap tray in the shower. Wish it wasn't a far walk from elevator as I was tired but again, rewarded with a huge king suite so...it was fine!"

"The customer service was absolutely horrible. When checking in, I wanted to pay cash and was told they had to put a hold on my cc for the whole amount but would release it when I was checking out and paid cash. I went to check out and was told I couldn't pay cash and my card had been charged. Besides that they only make up your room every other day which is ridiculous. When I'm on vacation I want my bed made, my garbage taken out, and my dirty towels replaced daily. I don't think that's too much to ask for $300/night. Further, on the day my room was set to be serviced, we left at 9am and returned at 2pm to find it was not touched. We then proceeded to wait 45mins for housekeeping to come and clean it. On our last day, I asked for a extra plastic laundry bag (twice) which never came. Lastly, the rooms were not cleaned great. The carpets are filthy, our shower had missing hardware, and the drawers had some kind of black residue all over them (which I cleaned). The two great things were the beds and the woman at the front desk. I wouldn't stay at this location again. I'm not sure if it's management, lack of staff or what but it's definitely not worth the $$"

"This place had free parking which made it worthwhile. If they ever charge for parking it better be really low because it's in the middle of nowhere. Like you can't walk anywhere you have to drive. Other than that it's a little dated, a slight odd musk smell but hey they price is right, the staff is super kind and amazing, and the bed was comfy. And it's affordable and not a too bad drive to downtown Boston."
