"I didn't normally stay here but my regular hotel was out of power so they were able to squeeze me in for a night. I made this my regular place despite being about 20 minutes farther away. Very quiet, good bed, nice room. Stayed again multiple times, got upgraded often, restaurant is very good."
"I really liked this hotel at first. The room was spacious and clean. The view was nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were all clean and didn't look old. We were here for a function, and the people working the function were all very good. They were on top of everything. However, the front desk was not so good. We had asked for blankets because my wife gets cold easily. 3 hours later the blankets were not at our room. I called the front desk, but the phone would not connect. So, I went to the front desk. They told me they tried to deliver to blankets, but we had "Do Not Disturb" on the door, and the must enter the room to deliver the blankets. I am not crazy about this explanation, but it is their policy I guess. So, I asked for the blankets now, and I would bring them up. It took them 40 minutes to track down a blanket for me to bring to my room. I do have issue with that. A real big problem was the heat and water. I woke up in the middle of the night, and out room was 74 degrees, even though the thermostat was set to 65. So, I went to get a glass of water from the tap. Both hot and cold ran hot. I ran the cold water for a solid 5 minutes and it never got cooler. Beyond that, the water was foggy and gray. I went down the hall to the soda machine to buy a soda and get some ice. The ice machine was broken. Soda was $3.75, but it did work. I like to end on a positive so I will mention the parking garage. They have a free parking garage under the hotel. I was happy to park in there because there was bad weather coming in. The next morning, I was able to get in to my car and drive home without clearing snow and ice off of it. That was a nice plus."
"Jodi was so kind and went out of the way to welcome us and help us celebrate a couple of special occasions in our party. She made sure our family was on the same floor, and the staff even helped us switch from a room which had some significant mechanical issues. The hotel is doing a great job keeping the lobby and restaurant areas in top notch shape, even though the rooms are due for remodeling. The location was fantastic and close to everything you could imagine. The crew at breakfast was five star! John, Bernice, Leslie, Katie and two wonderful gentlemen running the omelet station were the best and made us feel like we were in a high end restaurant, between the great service everyone provided and the well kept dining areas."
"Very classy and contemporary hotel with great views from the balcony over the great atrium. The pool was very warm and clean. The rooms were very roomy and the beds were very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was standard but served its purpose. In closing this hotel is perfect for anyone looking to stay up on the north shore."
"The hotel was great in many ways. We slept well in very clean rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful especially after our horrible experience at the hotel we originally booked. I'm only giving them 4 stars because they are a little pricey and don't offer any form of complimentary breakfast. I'm not saying it has to be extravagant like everything else they have just basic breakfast muffins, cereal, coffee, maybe some fruit for the price you pay. Also their hours for the pool are not great hours most pools are open earlier than 10am and later then 8pm. You aren't really able to enjoy it much. The only other down side is they have a very expensive pet deposit of $100 which is double what everywhere else charges. I would be fine with them charging the $100 in case my dog did destroy something. But half of that should be refunded if the room is clean in my opinion. If you're traveling with a dog I do not suggest staying with them because of the price of the pet fee. Everything else was excellent though."
