"I’ve lived at Avalon Bear Hill for about a year, and cannot say enough good things about it. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the maintenance team who are quick to address any issues (even though they have a full to-do list every day I can imagine), communicative, and super nice. Shout out to John and Kenneth for always being there to help! It has a great community feel (as opposed to just one building with a ton of apartments) and driving around the grounds feels like you could be in Maine- tall rock walls and trees and beautiful landscaping, unexpected in this part of Waltham. Pet friendly, great amenities (awesome gym and pool), easy mail and package pickup system, safe surroundings and clean/pleasant living spaces. My living space/conditions are extremely important to me and it’s been easy to feel comfortable and happy here. Highly recommend!!"

"Moved in only a month ago, but so far this has been a great place to live. Office team was extremely welcoming and helpful. Grounds are clean and well maintained, maintenance has been excellent with the few minor issues we've had and neighbors all seem to be very kind. Overall highly recommended!"

"The management team is friendly and responsive, which enhances the overall living experience. However, potential tenants should be aware of sound insulation issues, like neighbors doing laundry late (which is forbidden, but still happens) and especially sharing a bedroom wall (TV, conversations, snoring, etc.). The staff really cares about making things comfortable for tenants. For instance, they replaced some loud garage door openers with quieter ones to help with noise problems. However, some problems simply cannot be managed. If you value peace and quiet, this is an aspect to consider. Despite these issues, this community remains a pleasant place to call home."

"Avalon Bear Hill is great place to live. After almost 3 years of living here I can definitely recommend it!!! Good location, great amenities, quiet community and friendly neighbors. Apartments are very clean and modern. The team at the leasing office, especially Kori, are very nice, kind and always ready to help! The maintenance technicians always on time and ready to solve the issue. Overall- great experience!"
