"I’ve stayed at this property many times and I just wanted to say how great the customer service was all because of Jamie, who works at the front desk. She noticed my Diamond status and gave me the check out time that I requested. She extended it a couple hours later and not every hotel does that, so thank you Jamie!"

"Not recommended at all. They charge $15 a day for the parking and no slippers were available ever. They should inform me when checking in that the parking fee is additional, not included in the order I made online. The room was okay and breakfast was not bad though."

"Checked into this hotel last night for a business trip, and the first room I was given had someone’s frozen dinners left in the fridge, as well as some trash under the sink that hadn’t been cleaned out. I asked for a new room out of concern that the room hadn’t been cleaned. When I arrived at the next room, I saw several maintenance issues that had gone unaddressed. I have always had great experiences at Embassy Suites, but I definitely will not be booking this one again."

"We were originally given keys to a room that was in the process of getting the smell out. Walked in to find panels down and purifiers running. It's shocking that the management has not been fired. This is clearly a continuing problem that has NOT been addressed. We stayed for 8 days. Despite asking many times, our room was never cleaned. I ended up putting our trash and towels in the hallway, as it appeared to be the only way we would ever clear out some of the mess. Breakfast was nice. Pool was unusable. No business center. Laundry was broken."

"- The "Manager's Reception" listed on the website is NOT what you would typically expect...it is only free soda/juice and some chips/pretzels. That needs to be removed. - $15/night parking is absurd. It's not downtown or convenient to public transportation. - Bar prices rival airport pricing. - It's dated but adequate for a place to stay, and was clean from what I experienced. - Breakfast was good, nice blackout curtains, and I didn't have issues with hot water. - Overall not terrible, but the misleading "Manager's Reception" and pay-to-park we're definitely disappointing. Unlikely I would book again because of that."
