"Elevator door and elevator is slow. Gym had no water cups restocked and available. Breakfast wasn’t restocked regularly. Had to ask for the beds to be remade repeatedly. Didn’t know the different member benefits. All of that would’ve been fine since the rate was low, but it really seemed like they didn’t care about the number of issues. They said it was only inconveniences. You’re in the hospitality business. An inconvenience caused by your establishment on their customers should mean more then to be dismissed when its address with the Assistant Manager."

"Has become a go to of mine when I need a place in Waltham! The place is pretty new, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. The staff is friendly, and it's usually very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Plus, they've got a bar – a rare find for this hotel chain. I'd totally recommend it!"

"Family stayed here while visiting us and loved it. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our family was extremely comfortable and really enjoyed their stay-- one family member has mobility issues, and the staff made sure to give us a room close to the elevator which was wonderful! We also loved that there are no artificial scents or diffusers. The air was clean, and it was easy to breathe. That is so hard to find these days, and it was VERY appreciated."

"The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower room is big and clean. Enough parking even though we arrived at the hotel around midnight. Breakfast was okay. Didn't interact much with their staff. Everything was as expected."
