"Only one staff member there is “friendly.”The others will look you down their nose. Unless you have $ on your face, you’re treated as a nuisance they just have to put up with. Incredibly uncomfortable. I would dread having to ask questions. Their frequent notifications also make you feel like you’re constantly watched. They expect you to be on their app communicating with them 24/7 as well, which was stressful. The apartment itself is pretty but everything from the doors to the paint on the walls is cheap material. I informed them of damages I encountered when I moved in, such as a broken door, lifted floor plank in the kitchen, etc and received no response. I’m just glad I put it in writing. While the building is nice, it’s in a more industrial area, not friendly to commuters. And especially not kids. Their “playground” looks like a structure found in an underfunded art museum. They offer a shuttle to set locations thats supposed to run periodically. I’ve never seen it move. The road to get to the apartment complex is so badly damaged, they have a sign advising drivers to enter at their own risk. When I moved in, my lease did not designate a parking spot. But a few months in, I was asked to park in a designated spot and harassed to move my car when I parked momentarily in the wrong spot. I don't even know how they know which car I have. I had asked for a parking sticker after I mine and months later, received nothing. If you need two keys, you will be charged $100 for the additional set. Living there made me feel unsafe, paranoid and gave me so much anxiety."
"This is the worst customer service I’ve received from a leasing office management. I want to confirm that the other negative reviews on here are accurate. I have been living at the Wright since June 2023. On October 25th, 2023 management decided to assign parking spots. As someone who is paying for two parking spots, you would expect to be given two parking spots next to each other. This was not the case for me, I was assigned two parking spots in opposite sides. The same day I received the letter stating they assigned parking spots, I went to the leasing office to express my concern. I spoke with both Damian (Leasing Professional) and Chelsea (Property Manager). They gave me different parking spots options and I went to each one of them to verify their location. After finding two parking spots that worked for me, I confirmed with both Damian and Chelsea that I wanted those assigned parking spots. The original parking spots assigned were crossed out by the management and labeled with the new parking spots numbers. It appears as this change was not documented by management. The lack of record-keeping led to double-assigning my two spots. As a resident, I believe that effective management significantly contributes to a positive living experience for everyone in the community. It is also important for management to acknowledge their error and fix them, this hasn’t been the case. Assigning two new parking spots to me isn’t a resolution, especially since I did my due diligence of going to the leasing office on October 25th, 2023, the same date the parking spots were assigned. I wanted to bring these concerns in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon for the benefit of all residents."
"Initially upon moving in we were thrilled with the place. The location is convenient to the highway and Boston, the units are clean and new, and there are some nice amenities. In a few short months, though, the issues piled up and in my opinion were extremely poorly addressed. Waste disposal: As another reviewer mentioned, the trash rooms are convenient when not disgusting. Almost on a daily basis trash stacks up in the room despite the chutes, and the floors are often sticky and dirty. This is a continuous problem and doesn’t seem to be permanently addressed. Parking: Not nearly enough guest parking for visitors, and now that the building is filling up, my significant other has trouble finding spots when she returns home from her night shifts. I don’t understand why, like any other complex on planet earth, the spots are not assigned. There are 6 guest spots for 195 units in the building, two of who in are nearly always occupied by their shuttle and a repair vehicle fixing whatever construction continues inside. There are a couple more guest spots in the garage, which requires a resident to come down to let you inside, and then let you out again in when you leave otherwise you’re trapped. Motion sensors exist for a reason, maybe use them? Instead of actually addressing the problem, management leaves harassing notes threatening to tow not only guest vehicles, but PAYING RESIDENT vehicles for grasping at any spot they see available. Unacceptable. Units: Having only lived in the unit for 6 weeks, we returned from vacation to find extensive water damage on the ceiling and walls. Over the next FOUR weeks, construction crews ripped apart walls and ceilings, left exposed for the entirety of the process. Installed giant and LOUD fan units to dry the interior of the walls, which ran constantly and interrupted the AC in the unit in the middle of summer. Dust and debris covered the apartment for literally an entire month, construction crews left dust and tape everywhere, damaged furniture, and no compensation whatsoever was given for making the unit entirely unlivable for an entire month. Otherwise, the fixtures and appearance are high quality (as they should be for the price). Amenities: Gym is small but adequate. Pool is nice (if it’s ever actually open and not undergoing maintenance), but small and constantly filled with screaming children running around everywhere. Coffee machine is nearly always messy or empty of cups or cream/sugar. Management does try to do events a few times each month which is appreciated, but the timing is tough for those of us that work… Smoking: Our unit constantly smells like weed. Despite the No Smoking policy and numerous complaints, we wake up every morning with our apartment smelling like a skunk, and management sends emails but ultimately does nothing to resolve the actual issue (see the trend?) Overall, the community has a lot of room for improvement, and this ultimately comes down to poor management and institution of policies to ensure organization and accountability. For what this place costs, I expect MUCH more."
"I've had my fair share of experiences at this apartment complex, and I must say there are both positives and negatives to consider. On the bright side, this place is undeniably beautiful. The apartments are well-designed with nice fixtures and a range of amenities that add a touch of luxury to daily life. The staff is also notably friendly and accommodating, which makes living here more enjoyable. However, there are some notable downsides as well. The pool, while existing, is incredibly small, making it somewhat challenging to enjoy during peak times. And then there's the package room, which, quite frankly, is even smaller than the bathroom. Navigating it can be a real puzzle. Another significant point to mention is the parking situation. They charge over $150 just for parking, and when you're already paying a substantial of rent, it can feel like an excessive burden. To make matters worse, the electric vehicle charging spots are always blocked by gas cars, which is frustrating trying to plan my 50 mile commute with 20 miles of range. Lastly, there's the issue of people smoking cigarettes outside the property. Unfortunately, this leads to the smell of smoke infiltrating your unit, which can be quite unpleasant, especially if you're sensitive to it. In summary, while this apartment complex boasts its beauty, nice fixtures, amenities, and friendly staff, it does have its drawbacks, including the small pool, cramped package room, high parking fees, blocked EV charging spots, and the nuisance of cigarette smoke. It's a mixed bag, so potential renters should weigh the pros and cons carefully."
