Best Western Plus Waltham Boston

"Although I have difficulties in sleeping, when we drive from NY , I enjoyed sleeping on bed. However, things were not clean, they don’t even clean floor on request, also someone already did pee on our sofa, it look like that. Besides this, there is no kosher or Halal option for breakfast."

"Clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Larger rooms with refrigerator and microwave. Very nice larger gym on the lower level and a nice Indoor pool. Copper house tavern/Restaurant shares an entrance with the hotel lobby. Copper house tavern had the Best clam chowder that hubby and I have ever had. A must order if you go here. Also the food here was excellent you can't go wrong with whatever you order. Very nice place with easy access right off of I-95."

"I have stayed in Best Westerns elsewhere with no problems. This place was horrible. First, the outside of the hotel smelled like weed when we drove up. Room 508 had a clear fire hazard with an outlet hanging out of the wall, the faucet was close to falling off the bathtub wall, the closet doors were both broken, and a mystery big red stain on the floor. When I went to bed I noticed I was wheezing and my chest was getting tight, which happens when I am near cats and some dogs. It's likely there was an animal on the sheets before us and the sheets were not changed or washed. The next morning we noticed there were only two towels in the room for the three of us. My son went downstairs to ask for more towels. The woman at the front desk refused to give it to him without turning in old towels, and was very nasty. We were out the next day (and I felt fine, meaning it was in the room) and when I got back my chest was tightening within 15 minutes of getting in the room. I called the front desk about 9 to see if I could move to a different room. No answer at the front. I went downstairs and called at the front desk. No answer. I waited around for 20 minutes downstairs and called again. No answer. There is a Holiday Inn Express across the street. Stay there instead."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Main areas were clean. Our room was very nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. Was a little noisy but considering the area it was understandable. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Shower was amazing! Overall we had a pleasant stay."

"Nice and decent size room, fairly typical for Best Western. I did not have any of the negatives that some people mentioned in their reviews. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and had some great suggestions and directions. The Copper House Tavern has awesome food and has a quick turnaround time. The one drawback I had was the shower. While the water was HOT(loved that!), the water pressure in my room on the 5th floor was lacking."
