The Ridge Apartments

"I had inquired to move here about four years ago, but for a variety of reasons had went to live somewhere else. Although I don’t remember all the details of that past visit, I do remember the very kind and personable staff. Four years later and having moved here the first of October, I can say that I wish that I had moved here sooner. The staff in the office remain kind, personable, and prompt. Adrienne gave me a lovely tour of our now current apartment, and made us feel at home before we had even applied. Jessica also made us feel at home, and maintained an open line of communication throughout my entire application process. They both were always ready to answer any questions asked. The maintenance staff respond quickly and are thorough. The community is very quiet at night. I haven’t had the chance to attend any resident events yet, but I can’t wait to meet other residents."

"I lived in two different apartments (moved from a 1 bed to a 2 bed) at The Ridge for 2 years, until 2022. It felt like a safe, friendly community from the start. The apartments themselves are clean, nice, and well-maintained, solid but nothing too upscale. What really stood out for me was the staff--everyone from Katie and Jessica on the management team to Tony of the maintenance team. Things were always addressed quickly and professionally and I never worried about anything. My only maintenance issue was a disposal that didn't work, which was fixed within a couple hours. Loved the gym, which was often empty. I was very happy at The Ridge and only moved due to needing to be closer to family."

"The Ridge Apartments feels like nice, calm, and friendly community. The staff are very polite and patient with any questions that I had. When I was still apartment hunting, Adrienne from the leasing office was very welcoming and made it clear what The Ridge offered, answering all my questions during the guided tour with a smile. I'm looking forward to my time at this community!"

"Adrienne in the front office is amazing. She offered extra help when we moved in and has been very kind around the community as I've been here for 3 months. The dog park is always clean and well maintained, plenty of treats always around the front office and from maintenance folks. Everyone is friendly to us and it makes the "luxury" part of the community feel more honest. Central Air, balcony, spacious apartments for the area. Love it here!"

"Loved the place from day 1. Had couple of maintenance related issues so far during my stay . Response was super quick whenever I called maintenance. Spacious apartment , spacious bedroom closet space , separate office space , lot of sunlight , quiet neighbours , clean property area maintenance , well maintained beautiful community center with friendly office staff , most of all - scenic surroundings all made it a perfect place to stay here. This place feels like peaceful gem hidden off of busy Lexington St . Added plus is having Lexington St shops in walkable distance . Recently , management added 'cobu' app to connect neighbours . That has been a huge plus for having the chance to know and connect with neighbours. Apartment buildings are located on a little hill , offerring beautiful views of both sunrise & sunset from same apartment complex from 2 different sides of hill. All in all ...very nice experience so far and looking forward to having great stay here."
