"These town homes are too small for the rent price the rent in two years went up $413 has no amenities besides the washer and dryer no storage space limited parking they really don’t care about your well-being. Just their money. at the first of each month. and last six weeks there the ceiling fell down in my bedroom they accommodated me by giving me $250 off ledger, couldn’t sleep in my room for 5 days they stated for me to sleep in the room with my teenaged son, which had no air conditioner in his room this happen in July so it was very hot -the ceiling fell down exactly 2 years later in the same room the repairs was not done professionally the debris process was also not done professionally debris was still left underneath my bed inside the closets and I had to clean up behind the painters"

"The best rental property I’ve ever lived in. The maintenance responds quickly and are attentive. They help as best they can and are professional. The office staff are very nice. Never had any issues with them. The only issue is there are a lot of mice. Which the rental company has no control over. It’s due to the location. They are very attentive and active with trying to get rid of them. They do send pest control, but there is only so much they can do. I would stay but I am terrified of mice and not interested in getting a cat. Otherwise I would stay. I recommend this place for anyone just beware of mice."

"I have lived here for three years and have enjoyed it very much. The apartments are spacious and bright. I love having a large washer/dryer in my unit and my own entrance. All requested repairs are made in a timely manner. The location is great if you work in Philly. Also nice is the John Heinz wildlife preserve within walking distance. The only negative is the continuous yearly increases in the cost of my rent. A little high for this area and the complex does not have a pool or a gym. Otherwise I love living here."

Office Staff I believe is great!! Facilities never disappoint me when ever we need to complete a service request. I appreciate Staff and Facilities efforts on keeping The Preserve a pleasant place to live. We love having our own entrance to our town home, Full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and garbage disposal . The pictures online is exactly what you get when you rent and call this home. Hardwood floors on the first floor and carpet in both bedrooms. It's cool in the summer and warm in the winter. You will not have any issues staying cool during the hot summer months or the cold winter nights. What makes The Preserve is unique they welcome all dog's with open arms. It's quiet at the Preserve the community is on the quiet side there is a play ground for kids and a Bark Park. Also picnic area is nice. They also provide Dog Poo bags and cans to toss your puppies mess away. Also there is 3 Trash bins with 1 recycle Bin which is wonderful to have. The grounds are well kept with professionals which maintains through out the nice weather months. If you are curious about The Preserve contact the office for a visit and tour your new home."
