"Lived in Havertown residences for almost 4 years and while my neighbors and tenants were always great (minus the guy who almost burned the building down), management had been EXTREMELY lackluster during the move out process. Needed to move out after closing on a home and even posted an ad and got the apartment rented out. After paying them half the rent for final month (new tenant moved in halfway through month), I received 1/8th of my security deposit back after they decided to take the half for the second half of rent and $300 for a "thorough cleaning of the apartment" AFTER it was twice cleaned previously. Different employees seem to be on different pages and no one had the same information and would continuously say one thing one day and then another the next. Asked for feedback on multiple occasions as to what a "thorough cleaning" involved and received no response. Luckily, I will never have to rent from these guys again."
