"I’ve been a tenant of Ridley Manor for almost 11 years and I’m not sure I want to leave any time soon. I’ve experienced nothing but pleasure from the APT Management team, especially the property manager, Janel B. Always friendly, honest, and professional. If by chance there’s an issue with the building or my unit there’s always a quick response from the maintenance crew (a lot of whom I’ve come to know over the years.) A big shout out to Miguel. This guy can solve any problem and he does it with a friendly smile. I’ve fallen in love with this building. It’s quiet, has spacious rooms, high ceilings, beautiful hard wood floors, and even garage parking. The courtyard also has many different flowering plants and it’s a great place to meet your neighbors new and old (and their sweet dogs.) It’s very pet friendly for both dogs and cats. That includes Ridley Manor and many more of their other properties. The location is great, too! A minute’s walk to the Newark/Wilmington Regional Rail (SEPTA.) Work in the city, but don’t feel like driving or you want to go out for the evening? Hop on the train! There’s also several restaurants and bars, a 7-11, salons, coffee shops, and other great businesses located just around the corner as well as one of the best mechanics around. I’m always suggesting APT Management when I see someone looking for a great place to live. I highly recommend using their services to find a place that suits you best!"

"I’ve been a resident of Ridley Manor for about 3 years now. I had to move during the height of covid, while they were in the middle of renovations on vacant apartments. Janel was able to speed up the renovation on my current apartment to get me in on time, and everything has been wonderful since. The common spaces are kept clean and deep cleaned very frequently. All of the residents are super friendly and respectful. Anyone that has moved in who didn’t follow community rules was addressed immediately from what I can tell. Apartments are continuously updated, the building itself it frequently maintained and updated in terms of aesthetics, and multiple upgrades to the buildings’ infrastructure has been made over my time here. Beyond that it’s almost impossible to find anywhere else with as homey and comfortable interiors for the price anywhere in the area. While the building is old and comes with its unique quirks, they do an amazing job of keeping it feeling like new!"

"I've been living at Ridley Manor for about 6 years now. The apartments are very pretty. Hard wood floors. Beautiful replacement windows in every room. (easy to clean) One bed room apartments are huge. I've had to call maintenance less than a handful of times In the last 6 years. The grounds are well maintained. Pets are allowed. ( I do not have one) Pet owners are mostly responsible. The property provides bags and ample trash receptacles so pet waste is never an issue. The maintenance crew is very nice, one of the guys helped me shovel snow & get into a parking spot today. Over all I've been happy in my home."
