"I love it here, I've been living here so far for 4yrs It not city life. Very quiet especially as the evening approach! Kids will be kids and that don't bother me. The up grade is moderate and clean, And they invest well on there lush landscape."
"Was once a section 8 neighborhood. Now that they kicked most of the section 8 families out. They also renovated the place and have security cameras everywhere. So it's not as populated as used to be but it definitely appears to be more quieter and peaceful."
"Love it here. Been living here for 15yr. Maintenance. Always do there job. I really have no complaints. Well there is 1. Don't like the fact that some of the kids play Soccer and kickball in the parking lot as if they're at a park. my car including other neighbors cars constantly getting hit by the ball, the houses big bay windows. Then the kids run in the house. After they damn near busted a window. The parking lot is not for soccer or kickball. That's what parks are for."
