"URGENT NOTICE: AVOID MOVING HERE! Rent skyrockets annually without any improvements or upgrades. Management is shockingly indifferent, displaying zero empathy towards the community's concerns. The exterior of the apartments is a nightmare – dumpsters overflow with mice, the dog park is consistently unsanitary, and mail ends up carelessly thrown into buildings, leading to rampant package thefts. Filthy hallways are a recurring issue, with trash, food, animal waste, and even roaches creating an unsanitary living environment. Cleaning your building's hallway requires persistent requests. This aging apartment complex charges a hefty $1400+ for an upgraded 1-bedroom unit, which includes subpar amenities such as a stainless steel refrigerator, a black stove, a compact LG washer/dryer (2 in 1), vinyl flooring limited to the kitchen and bathroom, gray carpeting, and a dangerously dilapidated balcony. Doors, knobs, and baseboards show signs of age, neglect, and poor maintenance, often coated in layers of dirt and paint. The antiquated AC wall units in both the living room and bedroom are loud, rusty, and covered in dust. Baseboard heating units suffer a similar fate. Interior walls and ceilings bear cracks, covered up by haphazard painting. Bathrooms are prone to mold and mildew, concealed beneath layers of paint. Despite your best efforts to maintain cleanliness, roaches emerge from drains, floors, and crevices. Worst of all, the management seems determined to withhold your security deposit, regardless of the spotless condition in which you leave your apartment. Save yourself the trouble and expense – steer clear of this company. Your time and money are better invested elsewhere."
"Even though I reported it to the management many times, the heater has not been repaired for 4 months. They keep telling me it will be fixed. management only gave me a portable heater. I guess they want me to use this portable heater all winter. I didn't sign a contract for this. Moving to this apartment was a complete mistake for me. I want to move out of here after my contract ends."
"I've got a very upsetting email stating that Christina will no long manage Hillsides point apartments. Very sad news for me, I could literally call her about anything in the apartment & she would get right to it. She has built relationships with me & others throughout the community. She was super welcoming & charismatic. Things will not be the same without her. :( It most definitely will SUCK without Christina!!!"

I am writing to bring to your attention a series of concerning events that have been occurring recently, which have caused me significant fear and financial distress. It is my belief that these incidents are a result of targeted actions by the staff at Hillside Point Apartments. I want to start by addressing the issue of illegally parked vehicles on the Hillside Point Apartments parking lot. On multiple occasions, I have observed vehicles parked in unauthorized areas, such as in the middle of the driveway, blocking other residents from going up or downhill. Additionally, I have photographic evidence of a Chevy Malibu parked exactly where my Dodge Durango was towed from the night before. This indicates a clear discrepancy in the enforcement of parking regulations, leading me to believe that I am being singled out and targeted by the Hillside Point Apartments property staff. Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention the unjust towing of my silver Chrysler 200. This vehicle was parked in a legal parking spot without notice or justification. I have explained to the staff at Hillside Point Apartments that this vehicle is fully operational, registered, and insured, providing proof to support my claim. It is distressing to be judged based on the condition of my car, particularly since the tenant policy does not state that vehicles must meet a certain standard in appearance. Moreover, the policy does not mention towing without notice, which is a violation of the tenant policy. In addition to the financial burden caused by these incidents, I have experienced a spike in my rent due to the staff's forgetfulness to make necessary adjustments. This, combined with the repeated towing of my vehicle, has created a significant financial strain. Moreover, the lack of proper ventilation in my apartment unit has negatively affected my respiratory health, further exacerbating my distress. I want to express my genuine fear for myself and my property at Hillside Point Apartments. I am concerned about potential retaliation, such as termination of lease, as I have been receiving threatening letters regarding having guests in my home. I have attempted to address these issues through the appropriate chain of command and have requested to speak with someone higher up to resolve my concerns. Unfortunately, my requests have been denied by the property management staff at Hillside Point Apartments LLC, leaving me feeling unheard and unsupported. I kindly request an immediate investigation into these incidents and appropriate actions to rectify the situation. I also urge you to address the lack of proper ventilation in my apartment unit to ensure a safe and healthy living environment. "My initial review from months ago seems to have been removed. So I’ll keep this one short and sweet. Apartment features: *ROACH INFESTED—new owners do not have pest control come out anymore. I dont think it would matter anyway the infestation is too far gone at this point *keyfob entry-the only people it keeps out are your delivery drivers, NEVER have packages delivered here they will get stolen in a matter of minutes *Random homeless people sleeping under your staircase. *Dirty- old owners had cleaners come out once a week to keep halls and stairs clean. Now it’s literally disgusting. Stair cases are sticky and full of rotting food. *Trash everywhere—I mean everywhere. Including dirty diapers *laundry room has the smallest washer and dryer I’ve ever seen in my life and it will cost you 6$ to basically wash 3 shirts. —not that you want to use them anyway because it’s always filthy. I can’t even begin to express how disgusting this place is and not worth a single penny. I’m moving now after 3 years of residency and I have to throw away basically everything I own due to how bad the roaches are. I’m terrified to bring them to my new home. Please don’t move here unless you like having your packages stolen and living with homeless people while roaches crawl all over your stuff."
