"This place is trash. The management is the worst I've ever dealt with. I didn't have heat in the winter and it took them an entire week to get someone out. It's an absolute disgrace. It's worth the extra money To go elsewhere . I'm extremely happy to be rid of that place"

"I moved in Harbor House Apartment in 2012 I loved living here once Mrs Debbie left office management turn over is horrible and Steve the maintenance man died in 2022 and this place is a place from hell he was maintenance for 31 year's when he died so did this complex I would not recommend this place to no one"

"For the area; the rent is very affordable:) Upon moving in everything was freshly painted and appliances were in very good condition. The apartment is old fashioned and not modernized like some apartments in the area. However; management doesn’t mind if you spruce things up a bit, as long as it’s “apartment friendly” and you put things back to the way they were:/ The building itself is pretty decent:) The neighbors are down to earth working class people; so it’s not crazy at all. Every building is different tho:/ I haven’t really seen too much of “nothing” thru out the whole complex. Other than the spiders (to which I’m scared of); I haven’t really had any serious “rodent” problems:) Just the occasional thousand leggers , couple water bugs here & there:/ No roaches, no mice:) Overall I’m pretty happy with my choice. Not my forever home; but it’ll do for now:)"

"They have bugs period...I'm w very clean and OCD type and we found like 20 roaches... I hear the people downstairs have them and that's what sucks in a apartment, that your right under, next to, above or across from others that may not be so clean and have bugs but it sucks. The apartments are the cheapest around but I feel it's still too much money for what you get.. the apartments are old and not much has been updated. The maintenance men party outside all night long atleast three times a week and you have to put your air conditioner on to drown out the load sound's and there goes your electric bill."
