Great location right off highways and walking distance to grocery, library and more. Scott the landlord was fantastic and always able to help from move in to move out. Dave and Phil from maintenance responded quickly and efficiently to any problem we had. Would give it higher than 5 stars if possible"

"I have lived here for over 5 years now. Love my little townhome that is two floors and feels more like a house than a confined apartment. It is a very safe neighborhood (no cars being broken into, no Amazon packages going missing). It is well lit at night, well kept with lots of pretty plants and trees (which help diffuse the noise from the adjacent busy roads), and the lots are always plowed and sidewalks salted during the winter. Minimal rent increases throughout the years compared to other properties in the area. Scott has been a great landlord, even reaching out at the start of Covid (before law required him) to ensure my roommate at the time and I that if we couldn’t pay rent not to freak out and that he would work with us, which no apartment management company is going to do. Maintenance guys are great and prompt. Just an overall wonderful experience, probably my favorite rental out of all of the places I’ve lived (which is A LOT)."

"I’ve lived at Rivercroft for a few years now. I’ve had super positive experiences with Scott and the maintenance team who have been quick to answer whenever we faced any difficulties. The area around the units is also well kept and pretty, love being situated amongst the nature! Overall I’ve had many positive experiences while living at Rivercroft!"

"The property manager Scott was an extremely ungracious landlord. Worst I’ve ever had. Any time his maintenance team came to my house, they would talk negatively about how cheap and difficult he is. He’s very easy to upset even when you’re being a professional respectful tenant. Then there was an issue with insects. Earwigs, cave crickets, crickets, water bugs(roach family), excessive amounts of ants, and other insects who’s species I couldn’t identify. When I reported these issues to Scott he sent his maintenance team with Terro ant bait traps, and they would spray insecticide that didn’t work. I explained to him, after the infestation persisted, that I need a professional exterminator to rid the house of these pests. He sent his team to my house two more times with no success. The maintenance men always commented on how clean we kept the house and assured us that we weren’t the issue causing the bugs. After I was fed up with Scott’s failed attempts I hired an exterminator of my own to get rid of the bugs. I asked if the cost of the exterminator could be refunded to me through my rent which was auto deducted every month from my account, I was met with a negative response. I even asked if we could split the cost of the exterminator and was again met with a negative response. Zero accountability. Stay away from Rivercroft. Absolute nightmare. The inexpensive rent was an opportunity for us to pay off debt and save for a house. Never be fooled by low rent. It was cheap for a reason. Excessive insect infestations combined with a cheap landlord who denies issues with his property."
