"Edit: That stock response they just gave to my experience is hilarious. Absolutely Brutal. King Room we reserved wasn’t ready. Basically offered us a queen room or the wonderful position of not having a room because they just didn’t clean it. No offer to discount our stay as a result of screwing us. Anyway, got to the room we didn’t reserve and low and behold there were cigarette burns on the bedspread, fluid stains on the lamp shade, literal dirt on the chair, just a completely classless operation. Not to mention there was a towel with what looked to be vomit on it in the hallway near another room that was there from when we checked in to when we checked out the next day. I’ve stayed at a Motel that operated 10x better than this. Complete joke. I told myself if they asked me how our stay was I would have been honest with them in a nice way at the desk and, if they didn’t ask, I was just going to write a review. Welp, they didn’t ask on checkout, so here’s your review. Stay literally anywhere else."

"In town for work. Checked in, first room smelled of Marijuana before I even opened the door. Got a new room. The linens, towels and bed sheets were no good. Everyone left for the day, so I get fix the problem. Wall paper is stained and falling off the walls. Tiny tiny fridge, no microwave cause that cost extra. Found clothing in the dresser. Tv is all info-mercials. It's not worth it, go some where else"

"In all my years of travel, I have not been this disgusted in my life. I Super loud karaoke Friday till 1 AM! Asked to change rooms, was told no. Couldn’t lower music. Was told they make more $ with karaoke and there’s nothing that can be done. Music is loud and disgusting. Came with child who has competition next day and needs rest. It was so loud our floor was vibrating. Completely ridiculous. Was offered comp breakfast but it would cost us $10. So they’re offering $10 for the fact that I can’t relax and ENTIRE NIGHT? DO NOT RESPOND TO ME WITH AN APOLOGY, you tell all people you will take care of it and you don’t. Don’t write me a fake response to seem like you care. You don’t. Someone below called the police and you didn’t do a single thing. I will be reporting this to best western and any other place possible. Room phone doesn’t work!!!!!"

"We were traveling to NC from ME. At 2 am needed a room. Found this place on Google. Easy access, clean lobby, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Pillow comfort is very important. Staff friendly and breakfast made it convenient to get back on the highway."
