"Whitney apartments are very good for accommodation and these are very clear and high secure. Here we have All good facilities like gym, swimming pool and games as well."
"I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service from the Property ManagerJenna Park and her maintenance team, including John and another fantastic team member, during our oven installation. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were second to none. Jenna's leadership and the team's dedication to getting the job done right, despite a busy schedule, was truly impressive. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for top-notch who wants to move into The Whitney Apartments (Galman Group). Great job, Jenna, John, and team!"
"I regret not thoroughly examining the 3000 building before signing the lease and assigning a 1-star rating. Initially, the exterior may appear deceiving, but upon exploring the apartment, numerous defects become evident. Renting based solely on online information proved to be a mistake, and I wish I had taken the time to inspect everything before committing. Specifically addressing the 3000 building, I strongly advise against renting without a meticulous examination of the assigned room. Within my unit, I encountered various issues such as dented walls, a peeling bathtub, and severely rusted pipes. Additionally, a mysterious influx of bugs persists, with the dishwasher seemingly emitting them during idle periods. To exacerbate matters, I've experienced the unfortunate theft of three packages within just four months. Anticipating the end of my lease term, I eagerly await the opportunity to leave this subpar living situation behind."
"If you're contemplating a move to this area and own a KIA or Hyundai, it might be wise to consider purchasing a new vehicle beforehand. The parking lot at Whitney Apartments had seen multiple car break-ins, exacerbated by the absence of surveillance cameras. I resided at Whitney Apartments between 2019 and 2020, which was a positive experience. However, recent changes have taken a turn for the worse. Upon moving back into the 3000 building in 2022, my experience turned sour. The building perpetually reeked of curry and garbage, with residents leaving trash in hallways. Upon entering our apartment, there was a paint odor. After a month, an overwhelming smell of cat urine permeated every room. Upon inspecting, I discovered under the carpet stank of urine. Whitney hired a service to clean under the new carpet in the living room, masking the odor temporarily. However, the smell returned and persisted in every room especially my bedroom where I slept at night. Jenna from the leasing office visited but couldn't detect the odor, likely due to her brief visit. Living there constantly made it apparent. Despite my safety concerns, I wasn't accommodated when I requested an early lease termination. I would advise exploring other options and exercising caution if considering a move here. I have attached pictures to substantiate my claims."
"Galman Group is not good Property managers, check the photos, will post frequently. This time it’s teenagers rolling weed in the staircase, of the main building where the leasing office is. If you tour check out the staircase. Hopefully they cleaned the urine up that day. And all they can say is “Talk to Jenna”. NO SHE WORKS FOR GALMAN GROUP WHY I HAVE TO TALK TO HER ??? Beautiful apartments, definitely not worth the money. Not for elders or respectable citizens. LOOK ELSEWHERE But you’ll have no problem leasing up quick because there’s a lot of vacancies because of people leaving. This feels like the new projects, we got condom wrappers and cigar dumpings in the main (most expansive) building where the leasing office is. When you tour check out the staircases. Used to be a very nice place to live, but in the past year many cars has been vandalized. My windows were broken into twice. They can say “This is happening everywhere”, however, as much as we pay they can at least hire night time security. Management is doing nothing to be proactive, just passing blame. Just see their cookie cutter response below."
