"Two years after I moved out, they sold fake debt to debt collection companies. This is despite me paying them $60,000 in rent on time over the years for staying at their apartment. Continue to watch out your credit report for several years after you move out to avoid Naamans Village Apartments trying to make money off of you. For less than $100 they get from the collections companies, they are trying to ruin the renters credit score and causing it to drop by more than 100 points. Try to avoid these post rental fraudulent charges by Naamans Village Apartments if you can. Added on 1/29/2024 after requesting help from Naamans Village Apartments and Westover companies multiple times: I contacted both the management company and the Naamans Village Apartments. I provided them my emails to them regarding explanation of how at the time, I was willing to pay for the cleaning fees because the company was being adamant about it and how Naamans Village Apartments did not reply to my emails. They said they cannot and will not help because they already sold the balance to collections company. I am requesting help from CFPB and credit bureaus providing them proof of my communication to see if at least one of them can help get these incorrect charges removed from my credit report. Watch out for years after you leave their rental properties as they could ruin your credit lowering it by 100 points for even like $5 in unpaid charges by selling it to collections companies irrespective of tens of thousands of dollars in rent paid to them. Better yet, avoid putting yourself in that position with this rental property to begin with."

"The move in experience was amazing. Everything was nice, neat and set up nicely. Justin, however was phenomenal. He gave me a walk through and made sure everything was fine for the move in. I even got a welcome bag with goodies. I definitely give Naaman’s village a 10/10."
