Mice, Outdated painted walls ,carpeting and barely working heat. Honestly I can’t write anything positive about this place. What’s to like? DO NOT RENT AT WATERVIEW!!!"

"The dumpsters always have trash around them. Attracts bugs and animals. No security and poor lighting just to be honest these places suck. And they charge way too much and now they take section 8 when I first moved here they didn't take section 8 this place sucks and went downhill big-time even though it wasn't the best in the first place"
