"So this is a throw away account because I still live here and I don’t want any issues but here is an honest review based on MY experience. My apartment is nice. I do feel it’s a bit expensive for what it is. I also would not consider it “luxury” but it is a safe, clean, decently maintained building with a concierge. They also have frequent building get togethers, the staff is friendly, and it is pet friendly. The negative: Because there are pets and irresponsible owners there is almost constantly dog pee in the elevators. If this happens during the week then it’ll usually get cleaned fast HOWEVER if it’s the weekend then it sits there until it dries and the elevator will smell all weekend. This happens every single weekend. They also pee in the lobby. When you ask a concierge they say they do not have access to a mop so you have to stand in urine to come downstairs. Multiple times there has been vomit over the weekend and they’ll put the elevator out of order so you’ll only have the one front elevator for the whole weekend. It doesn’t make sense to me to not have a cleaning person on the weekend or give the concierges access to a mop? The gym equipment isn’t the best. I think for the prices of rent we could get better and more equipment. There isn’t always a concierge at the door. This is okay except that sometimes Amazon will leave your package outside and it can easily get stolen because they can’t get into the building. You also can’t get any packages that have been delivered that day if it’s after midnight-8AM OR if a concierge doesn’t show up for their shift (pretty frequent on the weekends) I had to wait 5 hours to get a package that was locked away once. I wish there was a tenant council to join so we can discuss the issues with management without fear of repercussions. I will say Dustin (PM) is pretty willing to listen. Over all I think that if you can afford this place then maybe try to budget and see if you can get into an actual luxury building. But it’s not bad if you have to live here."
"This place is easy to move into. The people that work here are wonderful. Dustin is a gem. The front desk staff have all been really kind (I get a ton of mail and packages-they should be mean to me and they are not!) They update the residences often if there are any issues or routine maintenance needed. I haven’t experienced anything less than 5 stars."
"I loved living here! Everyone that works there is amazing! Once a month, they would do drinks and snacks and mingle if you want and that was a joy! Loved the office and billiards room and the fitness center was so helpful! Everything in one spot and parking right there thank you to everyone at the residences at Rodney Square, specially Dustin! You guys always looked out for us and made us feel at home!"
"It has been so smooth and enjoyable. My boyfriend and I needed a place in town that was walkable, had adequate parking options close by, and had cool amenities like a gym, hardwood/vinyl floors, great windows (i have a lot of plants), newer appliances, washer and dryer in unit, and a great team of concierges there round the clock. The maintenance are so quick to respond to concerns and the office folks are pleasant."
"These are not luxory apartments. They are full of leaks and mold. They dont heat the hallways. The pictures are old and dont look like the building today. The rent is way too high. This place is quickly becoming a slum. The movie room was closed because a homeless person was living in it. BPG does not care about its residents."
