Courtyard by Marriott Wilmington Downtown

"Rooms were nice and roomy, clean. The location was great and the staff was pretty nice. Breakfast was kind of pricey for what it was but maybe you pay for the convenience. My boyfriend and I got some snacks for the room and had a nice time."

"The rooms are dated. In fact, the entire hotel is dated well below Marriott standards. The biggest mistake we made was to eat breakfast there. If you can call it that. Microwaved reheated food that is so greasy I threw up. Burnt Starbucks coffee. And all for over $30. Yes, first a hotel I ever stayed at the charges you for the coffee in the morning. There are much nicer much newer hotels that charge less per night right here in Wilmington. To add all these other wonderful things I made reservations. They lost them. I made new reservations. They lost them. I finally got reservations confirmed and when I checked in they had the wrong pricing. They're assuring me that by the time I leave that will be corrected. The only good thing I can say is Tokyo. The girl who checked his in was charming, pleasant and easy to talk to. ."

"Hotel was fine, but a bit of a dated Courtyard in need of a refresh. Rooms were clean and property was very quiet. Was initially concerned given police activity when checking in. Staff at check in was friendly and welcoming. Overall, solid option but not anywhere to go out of your way for."

"The room is very comfy. We snuggled in the big comfy chair to watch a movie. I wish the parking was closer because it was a cold walk to get to the hotel. Everyone there was so friendly. Will definitely stay there again when the weather warms up."

"I met a friend here to go down to the Riverfront for dinner. I didn't spend a lot of time there, but had to call the front desk for directions and assistance with the parking gate. They always answered and were very pleasant to talk to & helpful. My friend, who travels a LOT, was very pleased with the room, especially the beautiful shower. We sat & talked for a while on the couch in their room, which looked a bit worn, but was very homey. I would recommend this hotel in the future."
