"I don't stay here, I attend meetings here. There is a meeting space that could handle 20-40 with concert seating, or 25ish with classroom style seating. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The recently installed a monitor views creek easily seen in the entire room. Of your meeting is during their breakfast buffet hours, you can arrange for your group to eat breakfast."
"We enjoyed our 3 night stay. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us in the 1 bedroom suite. The beds were very comfortable and we did not hear noise from other guests. The breakfast and food at night were good. The location was great. At the end of the block there are several chain restaurants but I would highly recommend the Brandywine Diner that is nestled between them. The portions were huge and the food was delicious. We were about 10 minutes from the historical site seeing locations and about 20 minutes from Delaware Park where there is horse racing and a casino. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area."
"Checked in on 6/27/2023 checkout is on 7/11/2023. Upon arrival I was asked by front desk staff was I married, single or in a domestic relationship and do I have any children I’d be bringing with me. The same staff member who asked “ Do you belong here “ never put the request in for housekeeping to come after I requested him to do so. 7/2/2023 my son and I were singled out in the lounge area where food is served. After I used a utensil to serve myself food kitchen staff snatched the utensil and took it back into the kitchen after a (Caucasian) woman complained. 7/3/2023 me and my son went to the pool it was other (Caucasian) people in the pool when we got in the pool they (Caucasian) people got out and the staff apologized to them for us getting in the pool. 7/4/2023-7/6/2023- Requested housekeeping for fresh wash clothes, towels, toilet paper, soap, and trash removal to no avail. It’s been 9 days without these things. 7/6/2023- I had to leave the hotel with my child to take a shower and use the bathroom."
"My children and I travel a lot with my husband for work. For that reason we’ve seen a lot of hotels, especially Homewood Suites. I can honestly say, of all the Homewood Suites where we have stayed, this is one of the BEST. Staff is courteous and professional. You can tell they take care of the facility, inside and out. House keeping does a fantastic job and the breakfasts and sundowners are better than most. We definitely enjoy our stay here."
