"Don’t let the old photos they post on their website fool you. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times for business travel and the worst thing to do after a long flight is to walk in a dirty hotel room. The only thing that seems like was done was changing of the linens. These photos were taken upon check in. Try not to get Room 710…it’s gross. See photos…"

"The hotel itself is nice. We liked our suite a lot. The problem we had was with the front desk and security. There was a group of people on our floor partying and being loud every night past midnight. They were smoking in the hotel, yelling, clapping, and we know for a fact at least one of them had a gun. There was no way we were confronting them ourselves. We had to call the front desk at least 3 times and threaten to call police before anything was done, and by then it was 4 am. The people weren't kicked out or anything. We got little sleep and had to deal with a room that smelled like weed. No sense of urgency at all. Honestly, we should have gotten a refund. Totally unacceptable behavior allowed by other guests that was detrimental to everyone on our floor, and probably those below us as well."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!! when we got to the hotel (8:30 p.m.) there was ppl hanging out in front & under the awning where you park to go in to check in. The lady was not the friendliest. Once we got up to the room, the door looked like it had been kicked in. The key plate had white caulk around it (the door was brown). That immediately make us feel unsafe. Go into the room, there was hair already in the bathroom, I go to close the curtains & there was nasty white stuff on them. I called down & informed them of these issues, they offered to move our room but we had just drove 8 hrs. & wanted to get some sleep. I informed them that we would be ckn out the next day & finding a better hotel for the next 2 nights. The parking garage ($20/day) is made for compact cars. I contacted corporate on 8-8-2023 & No one has called me yet to resolve my complaints!! I also have pictures of the room."

"Haven't stayed in a while but when we did it was nice. My daughter is having her wedding here next year. The coordinator Christine Perry was awesome"
