"Nice clean hotel rooms. Friendly staff, the elevators require the key card to be used, which is new to me, but not bad. They do a happy hour thing where hotel guests can meet in the lobby and get wine and just interact. Cool idea, neat way of meeting new people, not everyone's favorite thing, but it's a fun idea."

"I wanted to love this hotel so bad and by first glance when we got to the room it was great, however the room did not really match the pictures. We paid for a city view with windows on both sides, which we didn’t get. Condensation collected by the window on the inside. Location was very quiet which I kind of liked but I would’ve preferred more of local activities to do. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and it seemed everything was closed and even the local mall closed at 6pm that night. The chancery market across the street was closed which we were shocked at. Overall it was okay. Probably like an 8/10 would stay again but maybe just for a night."

"The hotel and room were clean, well stocked and rock salted. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good, my sister made her own waffle with toppings, that's was neat. 3 adults 1 dog, got the 2 beds + sofa bed. The sofa bed is thin, plan on sharing the big beds are comfy. Overall nice place, good location and a good night's sleep. As a dog friendly hotel, maybe have a little pee grass available, the only grass was private property."

"The room was immaculate. I don't know if there is a word for crisp, clean, and still comfortable, but this would absolutely be it. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding tucked perfectly. The bathroom was and kitchen almost looked as if we were the very first people to stay there. The view was ok; not the greatest, but far from the worst. They had various parking options that you have to ask the staff for. Everyone was friendly and smiling and inviting. I will 100% stay there again when visiting family or business."

"This hotel was a bit of a contradiction. The hotel itself was very nice... The room was extremely comfortable and the kitchenette was well provisioned. And the breakfast was really good they had eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, muffins, juice, and more. But the location was a bit sketchy as downtown Wilmington is just, basically, hotels and banks and some other businesses. There didn't seem to be any shops or anything like that. There was a homeless man asking for money in the parking lot (who subsequently, and brazenly, walked into the hotel and made himself a coffee!) and there was a break-in to one of the cars in the lit overnight. We felt very lucky that our vehicle wasn't targeted, too. But like I said, the hotel itself was lovely. If you don't leave anything of value in your car overnight, you should be fine."
