"If you’re looking for a wild time, I’ve got just the place for you! Wilmington’s newest circus is 101 Avenue of the Arts. This place has EVERYTHING: 2am domestic arguments outside, crackheads sleeping on the bench, eggs thrown at doors, packages regularly stolen, incredibly thin walls, slamming doors of neighbors, constant smell of weed on the balconies, dogs barking. But just when you think the party’s about to end, what’s that? Oh, it’s the sound of car alarms going off since vehicles are regularly broken into (5 times for me). But don’t bother management because they don’t care."

"The women who ran the front desk were extremely catty and felt like they were hand selecting the residents they wanted in that building. I had a co-signer who made well above what the requirements were ALONE yet they denied me because it felt like they just purely didn’t want me in there to hand select the people they did. No one was available to answer why we were denied. It felt very shady. Don’t go here. Better apartments with more amenities in the area with nicer staff."

"Every day, packages are stolen, homeless people wander in, and hoodlums roam the halls. Completely unsafe place to live and management refuses to do anything. Management’s response and claims that they’re “doing everything” are laughable. The packages are literally piled 3 feet from the front door (which doesn’t work half of the time). What is most frustrating is management's refusal to take responsibility for anything. As another example, they just emailed us that in 2 days, they will paint the parking lot at any time from 9 am to 5 pm, while IMMEDIATELY saying that if anyone's car is painted on, management "takes no responsibility" for any damage. Also, management is dropping in five star reviews here so beware."

"Living at 101 Avenue of the Arts has been an exceptional experience for me. From the moment I arrived, until the last day. I was impressed by the Office Manager, Shanna. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease and I knew I had made the right choice in choosing this building as my new home. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that everything is in order and that the residents are comfortable and happy. The building's location in the heart of the city is a major advantage. With a plethora of restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions in the vicinity, there is never a dull moment. The Contemporary Delaware Museum is a must-visit for art enthusiasts, and the proximity to Market Street makes it easy to explore the city's bustling scene. Additionally, the fitness center with its stunning views of the river is a real treat, providing a serene and peaceful environment for exercising. When it comes to safety, 101 Avenue of the Arts has exceeded my expectations. Knowing that the area is secure and protected gives me peace of mind, and I appreciate the building's commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for its residents. Overall, 101 Avenue of the Arts is an outstanding place to call home. With its convenient location, attentive staff, and impressive amenities, it offers an unparalleled living experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home in the heart of the city."

"There are a lot of negative reviews on this apartment complex, but I thought I should chime in and say I had a wonderful experience living here. There are very nice amenities, it was quiet (I will admit I was on the top floor), the view out my window was wonderful. Maintenance usually fixed issues I reported on the same day. It was my best experience in an apartment so far and surpassed my expectations."
