"Friendly and safe community. The property manager Krista was very considerate and efficient who made the whole move-in process very smooth. Glad to work with her."
"Beautiful area on the riverfront, the only part of Wilmington that I have found consistently active outside business hours. The renovated apartments had nice modern hardware and the staff and security were friendly and helpful. Maintenance was always prompt. None of the smoking smell other reviewers mention, but maybe I was just lucky. Only rating a 4 rather than a 5 because of some communication issues during move in and move out, as well as the noise level from the street. Nothing more than normal for city living, but some upgraded windows would be nice considering music from Constitution yards."
"This place is a so unprofessional and a SCAM. My Sister had put an application in on on 12/20. The Leasing consultant Ellie Donovan was replying back and etc. with no problem. Her application was denied, The application Fee of $50.00 is non-refundable But they also make you pay a Fee of $200.00 Unit deposit which is supposed to be "Refundable"if your denied. My sister realized she was Never refunded her $200.00 unit deposit so she has been reaching out to Ellie Donovan since 12/24 in regards to not receiving her $200.00. Ellie replies that she is forwarding the message to the property manager. My sister has still yet to receive her money and Then they are emailing her Rent reminders, How if she was allegedly not Approved for the apartment. This place is terrible and obviously steals people hard earned money. She still has been emailing them about this issue and they have stopped responding."
"My Experience at Justison Landing started off well. As time went on I began to see how unprofessional and unorganized the company and staff are. My first incident occurred when my lease was set to end in September of 2022. In June of 2022 I realized that I did not receive a renewal letter offer nor a letter stating that my lease would not be renewed. I found that puzzling so I contacted the leasing office. Of course I was unable to get a hold of anyone as staff is never available. A week or two later which was the end of June. Leaving me with approximately 45 days or less notice of my rental status I finally got a hold of staff. I would like to add that I’m a mother of one year old child and our stability is very important. I’m sure your wondering why didn’t I just walk down to the office. As a Registered nurse working 12-14 hr shifts my schedule was never compatible with office hours. Sam which is whom I spoke with informed me that JL would not be renewing my lease. When I asked why she said they were exercising their rights. I then asked why wasn’t I privy of this information and why had I not received any documents. She then stated she would reach out to the property manager Dan for details. Clearly this caused stress and anxiety as I knew I now had less than 45 days to secure housing for me and my young son. This information was disheartening to me as I have never been late on ANY payments, minimal contact with neighbors or staff, no complaints to my knowledge as I’ve NEVER received any written complaints. Luckily I applied and was approved to live somewhere else. That’s when I received notice from property manager Dan G that JL was conveniently willing to renew my lease . This is after showing them my new offer letter from my employer. Of course I considered the thought of staying as it’s a hassle to move. When I realized the treatment I received was unfair and unjust. I have NEVER in my years of renting experienced being told I’m unable to renew my lease and then I could renew in matter of days. Without any explanation, apologies , or reasoning. It has now been THREE months since my move out. Would you believe I still have not received my security deposit check ? I’ve reached to Ellie Helmes at least 3xs. She’s constantly giving me the run around. She actually told me she mailed the check herself. I reviewed and confirmed my correct address with her and still no security deposit. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Justison Landing reflects poorly on Reside BPG as a whole. Reside BPG has several properties with professional staff. JUSTISON LANDING is not one of them. Do yourself a favor."
"Fully recommend the Residence at Justison Landing. The river view is breathtaking, access to Starbucks and five star restaurants in the Wilmington area. The apartment design is easy to arrange furniture to give you that glamorous feel. Very rich in culture. Pet friendly and the IMAX theater is around the corner. Kids touch museum and trampoline park in walking distance. Staff is professional and smiling everyday. Very conscious on each tenants needs."
