"We have lived here for many years and pleased to see the transition of these apartments. Yes, the rent has increased, but well worth it considering the amount of improvements made to the area, to include increase security measures. Both, Ms. Al-Nise Moise and Ms Jo Adams have been extremely helpful in addressing different concerns. The only reason 4 stars are given is simply, the phone system. The voicemail to the main office is either full or you will receive a message to call another number. You may not hear from someone right away but I believe this is due to limited staffing. Please note, once you get a hold of either of the two above individuals, they are extremely helpful with addressing your concerns."

"It was a good and accessible place to live but after the arrival of new owners they complicated everything even the most important thing, which is paying the rent. The office is generally closed if there is a problem you have and they do not attend to you on time."

"I cannot recommend living here, very bad experience since they changed owners, they increased the rent a lot, the office is always closed and I only pay online and you try to call and the mailbox is full and personally, last month they charged me $430.42 and for this month it is $350.00 and I tried to contact you without any response"
