"My husband and I lived here in the towers for 3 years (and through the pandemic). Overall, I’d give this place 4 stars for the location, but a 2 for the management & amenities especially considering the cost of rent. Location has the potential to be great with better management. I’ll start with the positives. Firstly, the towers at Greenville are located in a relatively quiet neighborhood with shaded sidewalks - perfect for going on walks or runs. I love a walkable location and this place is relatively walkable in that there are cafes, boutiques, a salon, and a grocery store just outside of the neighborhood. Keep in mind though that these nearby locations are upscale so also on the pricey side - especially the grocery store (Janssens). In our experience, the community in the towers was very friendly and pleasant to speak with. It was generally a quiet place to live. It’s not often that you hear your neighbors if you live on a floor with no pets. The apartment was also clean upon arrival and the hallways and lobby were clean. So the cons of this place… for one, our AC broke twice in the middle of the summer. The first time it broke, it took around 3 weeks for management to have someone come out and fix it. We would contact the office multiple times with no follow up from them. No AC in the summer was very frustrating. The maintenance guys *at the time* also tried to gaslight me into thinking the AC was fixed when it clearly was not. It took multiple people coming out for it to be fixed. We have call receipts from this. They hired new maintenance since that time who are much more professional. During the first two years of the pandemic, they stopped providing amenities like breakfast pastries and closed the gym & pool (understandable) yet still kept upping our rent which was upsetting. Furthermore, the front office almost never answers the phone and maintenance requests often took at least a week or more to address. They also threatened to tow my car once that was parked in a legal parking spot and they were very rude when I spoke to them about it. They also had a water leaking problem and our hallway would constantly smell like cigarette smoke during the last few months there."
