"Recently moved to Crosby Hill Dec 2023 . The property is perfect and in a great location for me and my family . I love the design and lay out . Had the pleasure of working with Ellie the leasing consultant and also the assistant property manager Danielle and Property manager Brieyah . All of these ladies take care of any questions and concerns going above and beyond . I highly recommend this property if you’re looking . The move in special was perfect as well upon moving in . Thank you so much Crosby Hill"
"Alyssa with BPG leasing has been so helpful and kind in the leasing experience. She truly deserves recognition for how attentive, and hard working she is. If anyone gets the chance to work with her, you are in good hands!! She will work her hardest to answer all of your questions, and go to extreme lengths to help. Thanks Alyssa!"
"I moved in here in mid November. It has been a pleasant overall experience and if I weren’t moving to Philly I would probably renew my lease here. I would say that it is accurate that the wall paint and floors scuff up easily. Sometimes trash is left too long before being taken out and it will stink on my floor (I live on the 1st floor). There are a ton of amenities here although I don’t really use them much. Frequently the coffee machine in the front office was not able to be used which was probably the amenity I looked to use most frequently. I know that I was paying more for my apartment and parking spot than others in the building even though their unit was bigger & had a better view than mine. However I’ve had a great time staying here and when the lease came time to renew they didn’t raise my rent at all."
"When I first moved into the building in October 2022, I enjoyed my experience. As I've been in the building longer, each month there seems to be something new to add to the cons list: - Fruit flies and gnats are everywhere. I have bug bombed my apartment multiple times, and they are all throughout the building. - The upkeep of the building has declined. From trash chutes and rooms overflowing, and the rooms themselves being unkempt, but the gym is never consistently stocked either sanitizing wipes. The elevators are always going out, and are inconsistent. - The noise as more people have moved in has increased immensely. I can be in my bedroom and hear full blown conversations happening in my neighbors apartment or the hallway - Maintenance does not upkeep appliances or utilities. Despite being stated in the lease, maintenance has not upkept the water filters in the fridge or air filters in the unit. - The trims and cabinets were installed shoddy at best, and are constantly having to be adjusted. The paint used on the wall scuffs if you sneeze too hard, and the floors mark up if you drop a napkin. -To top off this "luxury" experience, I went the first half of June without air-conditioning. There was no explanation or compensation offered despite the heat. Then again in early September, the entire HVAC unit went out. It still isn't fixed, so I am left without air conditioning or heat. The buildings response was to give a portable air conditioner, but because the windows open vertically, maintenance had to duct tape a cardboard box to my window. Even with running at max all day, my unit still was in the mid to high 80s. That is if I only use the air-conditioner. If I try to run any other appliance, it trips the breaker. Now- absolutely no heat, and the solution I found out may be portable heaters. For over a month total I've put up with their excuses, and have only been compensated $75 for the hassle. With still no ETA on when the HVAC unit will be fixed. I have escalated multiple times, with next to zero communication back. Beyond disappointed with the experience of living here, it is inexcusable for the prices we all are paying. Update as of 10/18- My HVAC unit has still yet to be fixed. I still have continued to escalate, and management and maintenance still have not scheduled a date for the unit to be fixed. Unless you like living with no heat or AC, would not recommend."
"When I first moved in to this building I was so eager to write a great review, However, since then I can no longer say it’s been a great living experience. For starters, Dawn in the management office is dearly missed. She made my move in process quick and seamless. Any question or concern that was had Dawn always took care of it right away. Let’s get into my main concerns… After befriending other tenants in the building, I have found out that we are being charged different rates for parking. I am paying the full $140 (which is ridiculous enough and the parking spots themselves are so tiny) and I’ve spoken to others that are only paying $100. —Multiple of my neighbors (including me) are having a fruit fly issue. As someone who is a clean freak, this is just nasty. Especially when they are in every room of my apartment. I was told this is a problem throughout the building.. -Multiple people are also having issues with AC not working in this summer heat! My neighbors in the hallways will leave their front doors cracked so that the air flow in the hallway will come in their apartments. - Oh and one last thing, the walls in the apartments are paper thin. My neighbor and I are able to hear each other from our rooms, but luckily we have become friendly and have agreed to keep noise down for each others respect. For the amount of money this building charges its tenants for “Luxury Living” it is not it. Beware of the following issues before considering spending a great deal of hard earned money…."
