"So this is not how I wanted to talk to a manager, but it seems it's the only way. If I could give you guys a 0 I would. I took my dog in for his ear Infection in both ears, So we get in there and take a swab of both ears. They only give me medicine 1. I call in on Wednesday to explain to the gentleman on the phone. That my dog's ears is now leaking like they were before I came in. Should I keep putting the medicine or not and I I needed to tell him that the ear that they didn't Give me medicine for what's bothering him also . I didn't get that far because he first didn't understand so I continue to tell him and he says I don't run nothing you can yell at me all you want. So he got his feeling involved in customer service. So I told him hold up stop right there because I didn't yell at you , have a manager call me.5 days later she calls late afternoon, don't get ahold of me the. Leaves again without making it her job to contact me. My dog is going nuts , does this sound like they care. I get a hold of the receptionist and she clames I'm yelling. Don't Dont worry I will be yelling when I do hear fromsomeone."

"Good place, mostly nice friendly vets and staff. Took a star because one vet specifically was a bit rude, never looked at me once during our appointment, not even for a split second, which was weird and off putting… didn’t quite know how to feel about that. The few other vets I’ve seen have been great though, nice and easy to talk to. Turn around for receiving lab results and calls back for questions is usually pretty quick, minus one time, I think the vet forgot to call me back when I had questions about a diagnosis, it took a few days, with me calling again to check in between. They treat my cats well."

"This is the BEST BEST animal hospital I have ever been too! The prices are good and they are willing to work out payment plans with you. The staff and doctors there care about your animal just as much as you do. Their Crematory box that you get when your animal passes is beautiful and it comes with your animals name on a nice placker. Please if you need to see a Vet for any reason please take you pet there! They help with all spectrums of veterinary. They also have an amazing new location thats only a couple hundred of feet from their old location."

Each person I’ve met has taken their time to explain something to me and made me feel comfortable to ask a “dumb” question. The doctors we’ve met have been just what you want in a veterinarian - focused on your pet and gaining their trust, thorough exam, and explanation of the plan. "I’ve been a client for nearly 15 years and they have cared for 6 of our dogs over the years. Reasonably priced, try to fit us in for urgent appointments, quick with prescription refills, and follow up when the dogs are sick. Have also been extremely sensitive and compassionate when it was time to say goodbye to 4 of our fur babies."
