"I am a teacher of the blind and I was taking one of my many students on another shopping trip. At times, store employees mistake me for my student's personal assistant and expect me to do everything for my student. Not so at this wonderful location. The cashier Jessica (I know common name, she was on serve between 1 and 2 PM on August 3, 2023) was very supportive in giving clear verbal directions to my client to the products he wanted along with the checkout process. I will return here both during my lessons as a teacher and outside of work."

"Today the store was stocked! They actually had some good deals. A lot of paints and wooden projects, more arts and crafts than usual. But they had a decent variety of much needed household items!"

"Store is kept better in stock with goods at this location than I have seen in a few years. They’d send an army of people in to fill it but it always fell short after a few weeks. I’d say the store has been better kept since February of this year. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The stores shelves and pegs along the premieter are too high in certain areas where you would need to be 7 feet tall to reach them and I hate bothering associates for assistance. However the last time I mentioned wanting something while checking out that I couldn’t reach, Jessica on another register excused herself from her customer and got me what I wanted. That is exceptional customer service. The store is not a complete disaster as it has been in the past. I prefer this Dollar Tree over others in the area. I would give 5 stars from when I first saw it. However when I go in the evenings the associates are on their phones or listening to music with their headphones on. The Store Manager Dustin in particular is very rude and bad mouths the company. When I was in Monday night and asked about an item not in stock he replied “hey take it up with Dollar Tree, I just work here!”"
