"If I could give it a zero star I would. We stayed for a week we paid $250 we had no regular housekeeping service, shower was broken for the entire week, mice were coming through the wall..we were sleeping on wood literally, it was a full bed not a queen...probably the worst motel in Delaware easily! The staff is very rude also.."

"I was in room 7. Dirty, smelled bad and more importantly my friend and I found a bedbug and we took off after just minutes of walking into the room. I told the old guy and his wife started yelling at me and told me not to come back ever. This was less than a week ago today. I took a video of the bedbug and showed it to the owners and they still denied it. I really wish this would let me post the video but it doesn't, I think. Also, they refused to give me a refund. I didn't care too much about the money. I cared about taking those bedbugs home with me. Soon as I got home I stripped in my front yard, through the clothes in the outside trash and immediately jumped in the shower. Worst place I've ever been to"

"They ran an ad on Craigslist, $225 for the week.. I get there and they told me it's $260 +$5 for a key deposit... So you falsely advertise?!!? My room was dark and gross, small roaches everywhere and major bedbug problem. I stayed here for a week before moving to another gross motel (Newcastle has really went down the drain). Not that I knew anyone but you weren't allowed to have any visitors to your room or even in the parking lot or they'd kick you out. I spent most of my time sitting at the bus stop all day because of how gross this room was. Another place that should be shut down!!"

"I'm in a room to stretch out our money until we have a great place to live. Now I understand why people don't like bed bugs bite. I read up on how to get rid of the bugs. Lavender working on them perfectly fine. I can say no more bugs with all the lavender products and Ortho repellent bed bugs spray. Look on the bright side of happiness and solved the problem. Get ready to plant lavender everywhere and defeat our enemies here bed bugs. Sleepy and enjoy the rest of my stay."
