"I ordered store pickup went to pick up was instructed to call the number in front of the parking spot but Noone answered after 5 calls and then it goes to a voice-mail so don't think it's a linked # anymore. Anyway they gave me a used returned ps5 controller that I paid 75$ for expecting brand new. It had the previous buyers last name still on from a purchase one month prior on the ripped open box. I can't return it b4 Christmas bc they r all out of stock around my location. If I wanted a used controller I would of shopped at gamestop and paid less $$."

"Worst Walmart around. No one there wants to work. I watched a little old lady try to flag down a worker to help her as one worker after another ignored her or shrugged at her and walked away. The time before that, I went for the sole purpose of buying a lap top. It was an hour before close. I waited there asking for someone to help that whole time. They tried kicking me out to which I said I’ve been waiting for someone to unlock a laptop for me this whole time. I came from an hour away to buy it. They begrudgingly got it for me (from the same place a different worker told me the laptops weren’t stored when I pointed to the model I wanted in a cage under a blanket) but it didn’t have to be that stressful. If you don’t want to work, don’t make it my problem. I worked retail for years and was shocked at people just staring at you, saying no."

"Visited this location around 8am EST. Very well maintained across all sections. Customer service people are awesome. Easily able to locate what I was looking for."

"Unfortunately the atmosphere here is not the greatest, isles are low on products , Gd luck on finding anyone to assist on items that are locked up aka (Deodorant) or around the store period at that , the managers always look like they get paid less than minimum wage cause they always seem upset and only 1 actual cashier. Very poor lighting. This place use to be great but as I always say if management don't pay no mind or don't care you cannot expect employees to feel any better. Hopefully someone will come in and turn it around."

"I went in to purchase spark plugs, an oil filter, and oil for my car but couldn't find them so I asked the person working in the automotive department for some help finding them. He responded, "Use the tablet that's hanging on the shelf." I explained to him that I already did for the oil filter but it doesn't have spark plugs. He swore that it did so I asked him to show me because I couldn't find them. He walked over to look and couldn't even operate the tablet. I had to step in to use it. When we got to the parts selection page I asked him where they were because they weren't displayed. He says, "Oh, this one doesn't have it." I said, "I already knew that. Now can you help me find them?" He points to the end of the aisle and says they are down there but he doesn't know what my car takes so he can't help anymore. Rude, right? So I walk to the end of the aisle and all they had was spark plugs for lawnmowers. I go back to the counter where there was a different guy and asked him for help and explained the previous assistance. He informs me that they don't carry them anymore. So why did the first guy not tell me this? Why did he waste 20 minutes of my time looking for something they don't carry. Either way, that was one of the worse customer service I've had in a long time. If you don't... ask somebody."
