"The customer service was wonderful!!! The area is very quiet with lots of places to eat. The room was clean and linen was fresh... The bed was too hard, pillows too soft. Toilet is low like for small child low... TV is small... the safety lock was not there as if the door was kicked in and it came off the door and never replaced. The lamp did not work so I could not charge my phone near my bed."

"Never EVER EVER, will I ever stay at this RED ROOF INN PLUS, again I did my reservation online to get points. But the staff here the moment I checked in was very rude... I told the gentleman I would be here for about a month while I was having home renovations done on my home, so I brought about 1 month of things with me to accommodate my stay, 2 totes 2 white rolling drawers and a 2 suitcases. When I was bringing the stuff in my room, about 30 minutes after checking in the guy who checked me in said I had too much stuff in my room and I did not. He then continued to bother me, after he said that, I went to sit on the bed and fell off because the bed was broken, so I told the guy about that as well, he then came down to see if the bed was broke and it was, and when I originally checked in I requested a 1st floor room due to my fiance having asthma, but when he changed rooms he did not only change me from 1st floor, he did not even put me on second floor, that man put us on the 3rd floor....and we were not happy about it. complained. ALso when he put us in the next room about 4 days later we started seeing roaches around the bathroom and coming from a hole from the other room next to us. Not to happy at all, the same guy that checked me in, said I couldnt have my camera in the window.... it was for my own protection, why they made my camera a big issue I will never know.... but also That same guy entered my room the day after I paid after 230pm without my permission... I want my money back for the harassment of this guy and them not accommodating my request. It was the worst HOTEL EVER!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO AGAIN"

"Do not stay here. Sooo many roaches. Rude service. No toilet paper. Pillows are a joke. Beds are uncomfortable. Room itself is run down. Why is this room more than 30 bucks a night? Roaches, roaches roaches. Help I'm in my worst nightmare!"

"Stayed one night, we had previous reservation which was honored. The clerk that signed us in, barely spoke, had a bad attitude. Our room was barely adequate I guess. It seemed clean but the TV barely worked (no channels & speaker blown), there was no extra toilet paper (only 1/4 roll), the ac unit kept turning itself completely off & the phone had no cord. Had to use my cell to call & ask for more toilet paper...then was told I'd have to come down to office to get one. There were 'sketchy' people hanging around outside several rooms & in the stairwell. It made me uneasy. I've read the comments and the management just posts canned responses to the complaints. They dont seem to change anything. Just do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere."
