"I'm giving 1 star because ZERO is not available. After years of poor service with this Pediatrics office, I'm finally deciding to do a review. This office has the worst scheduling, follow up process and just a total disregard for your time. We scheduled annual physical for both our kids in July to avoid the back to school rush in August. They called us a few days before the scheduled appt to rescheduled because the doctor was out sick. We agreed to the rescheduled date. They called again to rescheduled and again we accommodated the rescheduled date! We showed up for the twice rescheduled appt only to find out that the appointment was canceled by someone in their office (without notifying us) because the doctor was NOT available at that time. But what makes this upsetting is the disgustingly rude check-in clerk who decided that we were not important effort to figure out what happened to our appointment. She asked us to step out of the line so that she can check-in others behind us. After waiting for her to help everyone in the line, She finally told us that we'll need to reschedule....again, because the doctor has already left for the day! Poor scheduling is one thing, but utterly rude clerks in a doctor's office dealing with children should not be tolerated."

"This is the worst pediatrics office I’ve ever experienced! My daughter had Covid symptoms including wheezing and fatigue and they “could not work her in” during the course of a whole week and kept telling me to go to the ER or urgent care even though her symptoms were not severe. When your child actually needs care they wash their hands of you! Also, there’s no way to actually reach your child’s pediatrician (in our case Dr. Hong). They don’t care about their patients!"

"I saw Stephanie Belanger as an older teen throughout college, and she is fantastic! I would recommend her to any new patients. She was always a phone call away if I needed anything, and it is clear how much she cares about her patients."

"Stephanie Belanger is wonderful. The front office staff, at least the person who most recently answers the phone, is rude and makes you feel like you are bothering her."

"I've had a couple of bad experiences with a couple of the Dr's for not being patient with my child one of the Dr. seemed to pre judge us before even speaking with us. The 3 stars is only because I had some positive experience with Dr. Kloby (who is no longer there) and with Stephanie Belanger who has always been warm and attentive. It is sad when you rather be seen by the APRN than an actual DR."
