"The medical assistant skipped us so we lost our place in line and waited in an office until the doctor saw everyone else who got there after us. The doctor was visibly annoyed that our one year old was grabbing the stethoscope and then misdiagnosed her. Never again."
"Have to "walk in" to make appointment. What a waste of energy! They don't take phone appointments so you have to physically walk in, get and appointment from the receptionist, then come back 2 or 3 hours later when it's your time. Have they never heard of the internet or even the telephone? Just what you want to do when you're sick; go running around in 15 degree weather. Ridiculous."
"I've never had a bad experience here! The staff is really nice. It doesn't have a typical "walk in clinic" atmosphere which I really like!"
"This has to be the worst-run walk in clinic I've ever been to. The doctor refused treatment and refused to even see my son to make a medical determination on his injury and only communicated to us via a newly hired non-medically trained receptionist. The doctor used false pretenses to get us out of the office. This doctor and Pro Health location is a shame to the network."
"Worst, terrible, awful! absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS WALK IN! (I have a medical degree) I've been having a awful cough, fever, and ear pain! I called in to the office being a new patient around 3:30 in the afternoon asking to make a new appointment for a sick visit as a new patient. The women on the line told me no, it would have to be a walk in appointment. After work I walked in and gave the women my information and told her what the women earlier had said. The women behind the counter said no that's not true she makes new sick visit appointments all the time. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. When I got in the room the doctor looked at me and asked, "what, you've never had a cold before" I thought that was very rude to ask someone. Then he said it could be allergies, then he listened to my lungs and said it could be bronchitis, then it could be just a cold, or possibly strep throat then it could be the flu! I couldn't get a straight answer! (Not to mention the room was quite disgusting) Finally to top it off I got a prescription for cough syrup with codiene due to my cough waking me up all hours of the night. When I got to the pharmacy all that was at the pharmacy was nasal spray!! I tried calling the office and i was on hold for 35 minutes with still no pick up from the office. I ended up with over the counter cough syrup and a very UNSATISFIED PATIENT. As a pediatric nurse I would NEVER treat any patient in this way EVER. The only reason I am giving this place one star is because i can't give any lower. Im so disgusted."
