"No signs to find the building. Only on a small directory. Limited parking. I checked in very early for my appointment and was still sitting in the packed, hot waiting room 10 minutes after my appointment time. I waited over 45 minutes in total and had to leave to get back to work. Never was seen, and had to go back to work still fasting and upset. Everyone was angry in the waiting room. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable."
