"Don’t go to this office for an MRI!!!!! My husband and I both at MRI’s in the last three weeks. Both of our experiences were horrible. The technicians were rude and disrespectful. She accused me of ‘making her late,’ even though I waited for the receptionist for ten minutes to stop gabbing with her friend before waiting on me. When making the appointment they never told me I needed to have medical equipment removed for the scan delaying my procedure, which the technician blamed me for. When I told them I was in extreme pain during the procedure, her response was, I’m going to continue. I have been going to this office for mammograms for years and alway had a good experience. My husband and I will go elsewhere in the future."

"I went to Jefferson with a possible blood clot .. my dr asked for the report stat.. they did take me right away and told me when I left that it would be sent right to him .. it’s 24 hours later and no one seems to know where the report is or if it was even read .. I would NEVER CHOOSE THEM FOR ANYTHING THAT COULD BE SERIOUS!!!!"

"I typically don’t have any issues. However, I arrived on Friday for appointment early 4:20. The took me in right on time 4:45. They told me they couldn’t do anything because they needed an order from my doctor. They assured me it would be escalated and someone would contact me first thing today. It’s 2pm and I have not received a call. My doctors office called first thing this morning and told me that they sent the order!! If they had read the notes they would have seen that. It’s very disappointing that Jefferson did not notify me initially that there was an issue and has not followed up since. Thanks for your response Jefferson Radiology. Someone reached out today Tuesday 12/5."

"Extremely friendly staff. I was the last appointment of the day and the way they greeted and spoke to me was as if it was the Start of their day. Very professional and helpful. Quick and easy, not a long wait. They have a few lockers you can lock your things away while you're in your appointment. Very pleased with my experience here, cannot recommend enough!"

"My mom had a Gallbladder test done today and I can't thank Ron enough for everything he did for her!!! His level of professionalism, and the care he provided to my nervous mother was amazing!
