"I had been coughing for several weeks and could not get an appointment with my primary or a suggested pulmonologist until April. I looked up walk-ins and found this one. It was a great experience. Everyone was so nice I was able to pick the time I wanted for an appointment The doctor was very knowledgeable and didn’t rush through the exam. "This Urgent Care is amazing!! If you’re needing to be seen by a physician asap I highly highly recommend scheduling an appointment at this Urgent Care!! I was able to get an appointment same day by booking online and the process was so easy. When I got there and went to check in, the staff at the front was SO kind and welcoming, I can’t say enough good things about my first impression. After being checked in by serious the kindness staff, I sat down and waited to be called back. I waited for only about 10 minutes and they even gave out little water bottles to everyone in the waiting room!! After I got brought back, the medical assistant was very thorough and really listened to me when I was explaining my symptoms. I had the same experience with the Physician came to check on me. The Physician Woody listened to me explain everything that had been going on, and did a thorough evaluation of me and my symptoms. Then he came up with the perfect game plan to get me feeling better fast. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Woody and the other staff at Physician One in glastonbury!! Thank you all for treating your patients with such kindness, and thoroughness!! Y’all are Awesome!!"

"It was a great experience. The staff was kind and courteous, and helpful. I got there early for the appointment and I only waited a short while. The doctor, Dr. Woody was great, very professional. I had to get stitches, his work is impeccable. I know when it heals it will leave a minimal scar b/c of his great work. Thank you to the entire staff for easing my anxiety for my injury."

"I was able to get on the waiting list before they opened and checked in right away (Tuesday morning). I was able to upload my insurance card and fill out the basic paperwork before going in, saving additional time. They did have me sign a couple of times once I arrived for HIPAA/Billing insurance stuff, but things moved quickly. I was inside a couple of minutes later. The person I saw was knowledgeable and did the correct test the first time. They asked all the relevant information and none of the extraneous stuff. Loved it! I would totally come back here if necessary. I didn’t take normal height photos because I didn’t feel comfortable taking pictures of strangers without their permission. Nice, clean, large waiting room."
