A Tiny Perspective

"Pretty disappointed by my experience. The first time we went baby wasn't cooperating and we were so thankful they let us go back and try a second time with no additional charge. Our second time back felt so different from the first. It was only a week later and she had no memory that this was a reschedule. We felt like it was extremely rushed and the quality of the pictures wasn't true to how they were advertised and how people made it seem when they recommended them. We paid for the basic package to get 15-20 minutes ($179) and the video we received was 12 minutes long (the first session.video was 14). Although we appreciated the second chance it felt extremely rushed and we expected so much more out of the experience and the picture/video quality. It's possible she was having a bad morning but the the kindness we experienced during the first session was lacking this time around and we didn't feel as warm and welcome. I got home after the initial excitement and looked over the pictures and videos and was very unhappy with what we received for the price we paid."

"We just went for our second time here and it was great!!! From start to finish it was a great and memorable experience. We highly recommend this place and getting the premium or basic package! It is well worth it!! We went on our first visit when she was 29 weeks and just again at 33 weeks. At 33 weeks we got amazing pictures a lot better than at 29 weeks. We are so thankful for this place and you can tell they really care for their customers here!! We highly recommend getting your 3D/4D ultrasound here!!"
