"Dr Sudeep B was absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were made to wait for nearly 40min outside when there were no patients. When we went in and I asked about establishing patient care procedures with this clinic he just dismissed me to go to urgent care, canceling our appointments on the spot without consulting what we needed to achieve. The waiting room was playing overly loud music, one lady behind the desk playing computer games. The whole office smell of strong odor. No wonder there were no clients in this clinic despite they have been in business for 5 years."
"Up till recently I'd had a pretty good experience with Dr. Bansal, but sometime late last year he decided to stop taking my insurance. Not a big deal -- it happens. But, nobody bothered to call me about this and I didn't know anything until I tried to refill a prescription. Called office, was informed what was up. Given the short notice asked if I could get a refill anyway. He typically did 3-month ones for me. They gave me 30 days to last me until I can "find a new doctor." Well, guess what: pretty hard to get in to see a new doctor anytime before midway of this year. Called office back to explain, asked if they'd be willing to continue to refill prescription until I was able to see a new doctor in May. Keep in mind, this is a non-narcotic medication I've been on for many years, long before I moved to town and started seeing Dr. Bansal. No dice. Either come in as an out-of-pocket patient or try my luck with Urgent Care. Just seems kind of lame since I don't think writing scripts is costing his practice anything, and heretofore we'd had a good relationship. I'd even recommended his practice to quite a few folks. TL;DR, decent doctor, pretty easy to get appointments, front staff was fine ... just hope he doesn't decide to stop taking your insurance because it "doesn't pay him enough" ... if that happens, you're on your own."
"Great Doctor! Treated my father with care. He was very observant & knowledge about the situation. I feel like he really knows what he is doing. I never felt rushed or brushed off with any issues. I highly recommend this place. Accessable for large wheelchairs or handicap scooters."
