"I will NEVER recommend this place. I took my daughter to update her prescription. I told them I did not want her eyes dilated due to her having issues the last time she had them done. These people bullied us into it. Right afyer the drops were forcefully put into her eyes she fainted. I had to get her out of the ecam chair onto the ground. The eye dr finally showed up and assisted with varing for her until medics arrived. They transported my daughter to the emergency room. 2 days later and I have not received a phone call checking on my daughter. This place is an absolute joke in my opinion"
"My daughter had been coming to this location since she was 2 and a half. She is now 9.Dr. Walden was the eye doctor at this location till he retired. We miss him terribly. Unfortunately since CCMC purchased this practice it has changed dramatically. While I understand there is a wait to see any specialist (I work for one). We went from seeing Dr. Walden once a year (getting in within 2-3 months) to calling this morning and my daughter could not be seen for a new prescription/yearly exam till JULY. It is currently October. Also in the last few years every time we go there is either a long wait or we see a doctor we have never seen before. We have never had the same one or we are told to go to Farmington if we wish to keep the same doctor. We decided to see another doctor at another practice entirely at this point. I called and was able to get my daughter in within 1 month. I see many long time patients are leaving this practice. It's sad because it used to be such a great place. Now we are just a number and a bill."
"Horrible your kids are just a number to them. My daughter has been going to them since she was 2 with doctor Kelly. However since children's has taken over they can't hold a doctor nor an appointment. My daughter has issues more than bad vision and is to be seen on a regular basis. This place does not care about this and continues to cancel on every appointment well over 6 appointments so far putting my daughters health at risk. We are leaving this practice. You should too"
"Dr. Walkden was great. The new doctor I visited was good too. But we miss dr. Walden Click thumbs-up if this review was helpful."
"Best pediatric eye care around! All of the doctors are professional and will care for your kids as they would for theirs. Their proactive approach and no-nonsense manner will keep us coming back until they kick us out."
