"Love the Dr, but the office staff needs help. They pack in so many appointments, that you are no longer a name...you are a mere number and nobody cares if you show up or not. They scheduled an appointment for me BEFORE the office even opened. I saw the Dr coming into the office after my scheduled appointment. I sat in the parking lot for an extended period, nobody answering the phones......nobody ever contacted me, despite me leaving messages. Nobody cares....."

"I appreciate the care given to me by my Doctor. However, I am really disappointed in the check-out office staff person. I requested the telephone number of the provider I needed to contact for care ordered as per Doctor, resulting from the appointment just had. "No Problem," yeah. The telephone number was totally incorrect! Years of experience with this office led to my having very minimal expectations of office staff. Office staff continues to lower the rating of this health care practice."

"I love Dr. Ocampo. He worked very hard to uncover and diagnose a rare autoimmune disease that no one else had been able to figure out. He took personal time to call me on the phone and speak to me directly. He definitely cares about his patients for sure. I don't love the office staff, it's hit or miss which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5."

"Dr Ocampo has been my doctor for a few years now since I moved to the area and I am very happy I selected him as my doctor. He has a great demeanor and I trust/value his medical insight. I feel like he listens to all my concerns and have never felt rushed or dismissed. He spent the time to buildup and learn my family history and I dont feel like just a number. Highly recommended."

"Dr. Ocampo is wonderful and one of my favorite doctors. However, the receptionists are quite rude and curt when I had questions or needed my records. When I need my paperwork or documents for internships or clinical placements, they huff and puff like it's a huge inconvenience. It's their job and it's disrespectful to give exasperated sighs and use condescending tones when all you need is a copy of your paperwork. Again, my doctor is amazing but the receptionist ladies are awful."
