"Callled 2 x today to make appointment cause if severe pain. I didn’t want to explain in full detail what was wrong. I was embarrassed. So I have them the most information I was comfortable with. The first lady was rude. The Second Lady was just as rude. And then the nurse manager got in the phone and said well if u can’t tell me what’s wrong with u well givenu the next available appointment. I’m like this can’t wait. My pain is a 9 out of 10. She made a comment and then laughed. So no appointment was made in that call. They pushed me out a week. Let’s hope there isn’t something major wrong. It will be on them. Very unprofessional no bedside manner they let their ego get the best of them because they can’t have control of the situation because they can’t get the information they want from the patient because the patient wasn’t comfortable sharing that information with them and stated that they wanted to share it with the doctor not the secretary, she said OK well I’ll give you the next available appointment that I can’t do anything else for you unacceptable. Poor, poor health care, and I refuse to be treated like that. I will never refer anybody Dr. Katz is a good doctor. He explained himself, but the office staff and a few of the other doctors unacceptable. And the people who run the front office should be retrained. And I don’t accept a call back because every time there’s an issue healthcare blames the patient I only gave him a one star because you can’t give him a zero star."
