"I have a relative living there. They have cockroaches in apartment and nothing has been done. Poison ivy growing by stairs. Trees need trimming going in and out of complex. Many cars parking in no parking areas makes it hard to get by. They have drive slow signs posted, but most drive extremely fast in all areas."
